My gtp is 13 mo old and has always had trouble shedding properly. I can't get the humidity right in her tank. I usually just give her moisturizing baths when she starts shedding until she is done. A few months ago I bought a mister for the tank (which wasn't cheap) and it hasn't made a difference. I want to get a travel humidifier but when I started researching I realized there were a lot of options. Cool mist/warm mist/ultrasonic/evaporative. I was leaning towards ultrasonic bc it doesn't have filters and its quieter but they are kind of expensive. Logically I think I need a warm mist humidifier but I wasn't sure if it really mattered. Also, am I going about this the right way? Is a humidifier the best thing to get here? Any help would be appreciated!
