I received a copy of Robert Schumacher's book "Halsbandleguane" ("Collared Lizards" when he published it in 2002. However, I don't speak German, so I spent the last year (off and on) translating it via online utilities.

IF you have bought the book, I will send you the English translation upon request. I will ask for proof of purchase--i.e. don't think you're going to rip off Mr. Schumacher and not support his book! I have no financial stake in the book and I am not selling my translation. I'm just providing it as a service to those who purchased the book.

It's a great book; information on every Crotaphytus species--natural history, captive care, breeding, etc.
