Ideal day and night RETF temps

Hello

I have been reading sites on these frogs but have gotten ideal day temps from 60's to 80's and not sure of best day and night temps.





My clowns are kept at mid 80s because they seemed to call the most and just thrived but think retf prefer it cooler?





Thanks for any input.
