Well yes, this post has my interest!

Backstory is that I am looking for a second snake to replace the FWC I'm trying to sell off. Have been researching Kings for a nice Cornsnake-like example to replace the falsey, and/or, a "display snake" - as I think it'd be really cool to have a snake that is actually seen, as opposed to being hidden all the time...

Have it narrowed to a couple possible Kings or possibly an Oregon Garter. But...

A Childrens or Spotted keeps popping up in my mind, as does a Woma. I've kinda ruled out a Carpet as I don't want a large snake, want a docile 3' - 5' MAX.

Have your Childrens or Spotteds been bitey/musky/gnarly? Safe to hand to a 9yr old to hold?

Thanks!
