My understanding is that Mexican Lined Pines (Pituophis l. lineaticollis) are the largest pits on average. Seven to eight feet is the rule, not the exception. However, some locality Bulls (Pituophis catenifer sayi) attain about the same length but, due to their more heavy bodied shape, are considerably larger snakes. The Hwy 277 'Monster Bull' is a nice example. These are the exception however, not the rule. Most of the larger Bullsnake races max out at about six feet, and many are considerably smaller. Northerns Pines (Pituophis m. melanoleucus) are known for occasionally reaching these lengths as well, though I have never seen one in real life.
