Hey Dan,
From what I know, C. carinata don't show any specific coloration in relation to locale. In fact, from talking with people that live in/near those islands, none of the Candoia have specific locale coloration.

That being said, I've found that the halmahera island C. paulsoni I have are typically smaller and have different colored bellies than the other locales... but that could simply be due to too small of a set of animals to look at. Even the white "Isabel" island paulsoni exist on other islands. Speaking with someone who went and herped islands in that area, he said he was finding white paulsoni on all/other islands besides Isabel.
