Moving my snakes

I am moving from NY to NJ and taking my leusistic black rat and Tiawanese beauty snakes with me. The peoples republic of nj requires a permit for rat snakes (also moving my boa, but she seems to be exempted). The application requires you to list the source of acquisition, but I obtained these girls at the reptile expo in White Plains years ago. Anyone have any ideas on the best way to handle this?
