I just was not sure and did not want to see you get in trouble by posting it if it was a no no.. Glad you can keep it .. Awesome snake. I remember catching a few about twenty years ago in the boulder area while field herping and how pretty they were. I was going to move to CO this year and remember talking with the wildlife division about the herp laws to see what in my collection I could bring with me. Turned out NOT MUCH!!! The laws are pretty strange and hard (at least for me) to understand. Anyway, we ended up in KS and I kept all my critters!! Peace.
