I had paired my albino male and normal (locally WC) female earlier this year but never saw courtship or mating so I'd written it off. Well, last week she got thick, and then she shed...then she started basking a lot, and twitching in the back 1/3 of her body a lot.

I go home for lunch today and there's a large (30ish?) litter of checkereds. I'm not as prepared as I'd want to be--since I'd written the paring off-- but I've got them in a 10 gallon tank with stacked hiding spaces, a water bowl with a branch coming out of it, etc. I'll put a light on them this evening.

But I'm concerned on feeding; is a diet of minced pinkies and worms OK as a starter? They're certainly too tiny for whole pinky mice, but I'm leery of using worms as a sole diet.

We wouldn't have 6 and a half billion people if you had to be beautiful to get laid.
