I once caught a massive 6ft Sonoran Gopher snake in Cochise County Arizona that was possessed. She was an incredible specimen but would literally launch herself at you trying to bite. This went on for weeks...

...so I made her new home our primary bathroom. She had to put up with constant interruptions all day every day and believe it not, within about 6 weeks she was as docile as the rest of my snakes

As a plus, the screams from guests who would be midstream and get the loud 'hiss' from a snake they hadn't noticed were a great source of amusement.
