Strange blisters under female JCP scales

I have a newly purchased female Jungle Carpet Python that was inadvertently introduced to a male and started showing the normal sign that she was ready to breed. The next morning I found these , what seemed to be blisters, under a patch of he scales towards her tail. Anyone have any info on them..?
