about 2 weeks ago I noticed my female Southern Paints' head had a strange looking bump on it behind her eye. since then it has grown a bit, now its quite noticeable. oddly, I had a female eastern who had a similar bump on her head, that eventually fell off (out?) of her head, healed up and she was fine! Minnie (the older Eastern's name) is still alive that I am aware of (as of last year she was living her golden years in a small sanctuary, recognizable by her scar) IDK if this is the same thing.. it would be an odd coincidence, Minnie was sent to the sanctuary about 10 years before I got the southern so there was no way they could have given something to each other, the older tank is long gone, the southern has lived alone since I got her in 2003 as a hatchling. so far, Connie (the southern's name) does not appear to be affected by this lump, eating as she usually does, doing her normal activities. (my brother, Minnie's original owner confirmed she was the same way, other wise fine)

Has anyone else ever seen something like this? Minnie was never taken to a vet (there were no herp vets here during that time) I'll be calling Connie's vet to make an appointment for next week. I'll try to get a pic of it but she's not often cooperative about pics LOL

Thanks for any help!

Cheryl
