Look on the classifieds on this site. Also, you can email the folks on the forum that post pics of hatchlings - they often have something to sell.
If you get a cornsnake shipped to you, remember to put it in its cage and leave it be for a good 4-5 days before you try and feed it. They need time to de-stress, especially hatchlings.
I may get bad responses from what I am about to say next.. every time I buy dog food at Petco I look at their baby cornsnakes for anything unusual, well unusual for Petco. Over the recent years I have picked up three outstanding corns from there, one of them a beautiful hypo, on sale for $19.99. I have a very bright creamsicle from there, and something that might be hypo lavender or ???. I considered all a rescue. All very nice snakes. One of the purchases, I had to reach into the cage to pick up the snake because the employee was afraid of them. For the creamsicle, which was among a pile of normal corns, I said, "I'll take that nice albino there..". The employee said "There is no albino." Not wanting to usurp his knowledge or authority, I just replied, "OK. I'll take the orange one with the red eyes.."
