I do not have hands on experience with this species but in my research I learned that Candoia have a very slow metabolism and do not eat very often. They (as a group) seem to like lower temps so the soaking may be an effort to cool off but they do love water so it may mean nothing. Candoia tent to prefer reptiles and amphibians as prey so you could try scenting with a frog of gecko.

I try to feed nocturnal feeders at night when they become active.
Also, has the snake pooped? sometimes certain snakes don't eat until they have room, so to speak. If it has pooped, does the poop look normal and healthy?

If the boa is wild caught or farm raised you may have other (parasitic/disease) issues that are causing a lack of appetite; most of those type of issues require a vet visit.

Stan Grumbeck has an ad in the classifieds for captive bred viper boas, he may be able to shed more light on this species if you contact him.

I hope your snake eats for you and thrives.
