This snake has passed while in shed, along with another clutchmate. They were both very thick with yolk still, while the other sibs have toned down and one has shed now. I've had a baby die in the incubator before I took it out less than 24 hours after hatching, but I have never lost any babies during the first shed cycle. Something must have gone wrong with these two in development. We will see how the rest of the clutch does after shedding and food offered.
