They failed to ban them because there is no need for concern. At least enough to try to ban them. They were mislead by the catagory they have been put in. Remember not everyone is educated in this subject like the people on this board. When they hear the above it causes panic in people. It doesn't take much to cause panic with non snake lovers, as we all know. Many people hate and are deathly afraid of all snakes. It may be right to call them Rear Fang Venomous, but it sounds bad.
