While I've bred multiple species, I do not have personal experience in breeding Rainbows of any sort yet, so I wanted to ask those that do have the experience.

I am assuming it'd be best to wait until a female is 4 - 5 years old before she is bred? Is that correct?

Beyond that, I was wondering if anybody knows what sort of weight a female Argentine Rainbow should have going into her first breeding season.
