Exactly,......these snakes have historically been misidentified and grossly misrepresented in many books and all around the internet forever! Most photos depicting L.t.abnorma are usually Hondo x polyzona, polyzona x abnorma, stuarti, or anything else but authentic L.t.abnorma.
Here's a much older photo of a nice 32 RBR male I acquired from Scott's bloodline......
