Posted by: johnnic at Thu Sep 5 22:50:39 2013 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by johnnic ] because of budget cuts, it's taking up to six months to process the permits. my advice for permit applicants is that if you are thinking of getting indigos, apply now for next year. permits are good for one year and you can change who you are getting the easterns from at a later date (a bit of a pain but it's free and more than doable).
