I had a permit go missing. My first permit app went through no problem almost exactly 90 days.
Second one went missing in the mail so i sent another, then the first one turned up. Anyway Cam Shaw dealt with it very quickly & destroyed the second app & check.
It was probably USPS that lost the first one which finally showed up 4 months later.
