Most will tell you 200-250 and 2-3 years old is the bare minimum, but there have been viable clutches from much smaller girls (don't have links now, sorry.)

I haven't found much info on this for hogs!

Thing is, you can't base reproductive prowess on weight alone. I will pass on any 300 gram female hog if she's a damn string bean with a head bigger than her stomach.
