All I can tell you is that the zoos that held them, sold them off to private parties over a year ago. For all intents and purposes, they are now considered legal to own. From what I've heard, there are several different people now working with this morph and supposedly they are planning to publicly release them for sale within the next year or two. At least, that's the latest rumor going around.
