My local nature center just had their display snake die after 15 years,(cali king. go figure), and announced it in the paper along with a request for someone to donate a snake. I already have requests in for the permit and I thought it would be a great way to help educate the public about our native snakes probable extirpation and I just found out they got a corn snake morph.
