The image appears to show a GIGANTIC PYTHON that has just consumed a suspiciously human-shaped meal.
It is unknown exactly where the photo originated but whatever the python ate it was MASSIVE.
One story doing the rounds is that the monster snake ATE a man who had gotten drunk and passed out on the street in India.
Another popular tale is that the photo was taken last year in South Africa when the deadly snake devoured a woman.
While some sites claim the photo is entirely fake, others appear to suggest the photo is real but it is unknown what the snake ate to get so bloated.

In 2002 a ten-year-old boy was reportedly eaten whole by a python in Durban, South Africa while just last month a ten-foot Burmese python gobbled its way through two cats in Florida.
Despite their gruesome reputation, pythons rarely target humans and in some communities live side-by-side with them.
When the snakes do strike they kill their prey by constriction before swollowing them whole.
Depending on the size of the prey digestion can take up to a week.

INDIA TODAY (New Delhi) 29 November 13 Viral story of drunk man eaten by python in India - is fake
It seems this python is a serial killer. After eating a drunk man in India, it apparently slithered to China and swallowed one man from there before heading to South Africa to swallow a woman! Wow, while the story seems to be quite interesting, it is fake.
This story became viral on Twitter and got almost 13000 retweets. Google Image search revealed that the story was a hoax. This message has been circulating with the same picture on Internet for quite some time now. In June this year, there were reports that a giant snake swallowed a woman near Durban North, South Africa. Then there was a blogger who said that a South African reporter witnessed the incident and sent the picture. Earlier versions claim that the snake in the picture swallowed a drunken man asleep by a roadway, a man in Jakarta, Indonesia after floods hit the region.
However, all these claims have been wrong and this is definitely a hoax, which has again surfaced. The same picture has shown up time and again with different stories attached to it.
