I have decided to pass on this snake. The more I think about it, the more I think I should just go ahead get a propagators permit. It's only 25 dollars and would let me get whatever I want as long as I supply the proper documentation of its acquisition as well as complete records of all my other herps. Since they can't provide that with the snake, if I get it, even if it is legal to own, I would never be able to get a propagators license. Add that to the other "if's" I listed above, it makes it far from a bargain.

As a bonus, I can put the money back in hopes of getting a russian from Tim this spring/summer
