I'm planning on ordering some food next week, and I want to get six months worth and put it in the deep freeze. I'm confident about choosing the proper size prey items for the snakes as they are now, but don't know what to get for later. I have a six month old northern pine, and am anxiously awaiting the arrival of a six month old bull (Jason, if you are reading this, thank you for being so patient, hopefully it will warm up enough for shipping soon). So, for now I'm going to need lots of rat pinkies. And I know that every snake is different, I'm just looking for a ballpark here. On the average, what size rats am I going to need for a year old northern pine and a year old bull snake?
