I have not personally treated for an RI but as I understand it if it's a minor one you can just raise the temps to 85-95F on one side, with a cooler side of about 75. If it keeps eating and acting normal(not weak) it should clear up on it's own. If it stops eating, regurges and/or acts listless it might need a vet.
