Can't help with all of it, just a bit. I know beardy male aggression is a sign that he wants to mate, the males are a little aggressive when they want to mate and become territorial as well.

Bearded dragons on average live for 11 years. Shortest life I heard was 9, longest was about 17 - this is from word of mouth and various care sheets I read before getting my beardy.

Considering you have two females, both producing eggs that never hatch it is either in your temps/humidity or as you said male shooting blanks. One idea you could try is even if morphs is your end goal, buy a normal male as they don't cost much and see if his genes work. I know in snakes some color morphs will sometimes result in other genes that are bad being expressed, which may result in bad sexual reproduction. Another thing is he could just have a mutated bad gene that occurs naturally and would result in natural selection. So try a new male, normal morph so its cheap unless you are okay with trying another morph male in which case go for that. If this still doesn't work, then I believe its your temps/humidity which I couldn't assist with other than do some digging into researching natural (wild) incubation conditions.

Have you had your beardies 2 years from babies or adults? If babies then you are fine to keep on breeding for a while more, don't know when they stop but I know a 7 year old central bearded dragon (common type that people breed) will still produce valid eggs.
