Hi, I was wondering if anyone could tell me when I could candle my eggs to see if they are fertile? They are 3 days old now and have been getting harder and a more chalky white as guides explain a fertile egg would do. However when I candled my eggs the first day they weren't the pinkish color nor did they show any of the blood vessels or what have you. Was just wondering if they are infertile or if this process takes a few days. Today I have candled some and did see the reddish dot but again they are that yellowish color inside. Everything but that yellow tint when candled says they are fertile otherwise.....expanding, getting tougher, chalkier white.

Its a clutch of 22 eggs. About a week prior she laid two obviously infertile eggs (squishy, misshaped, and yellow ).
