As far as I know, they can reproduce at 150 to 200 grams, to well over 600 grams. Some folks have some big old hogs. So average would be somewhere in the middle, say almost 400 grams.

I do a lot of field work and wild hogs are much liter for their length, then captives. So a 150gr female hog is a fairly large adult. The heaviest I have seen in nature is aprox 300 grams. Which is half the weight of some of the captives I have seen.

Lastly, weight depends on health and condition. Captive hogs can be overweight, so a 200gr. overweight female, is much smaller then a 200gr. Healthy female. As far as I can tell for westerns, 200grs is the normal average first clutch suggestion. I hope this helps. Best wishes
