I'm wanting to breed my kings next spring, and I'd like to know if anybody could provide me with some ideas on how to successfully keep the temperature down. I live in Georgia, and our winters are very hot sometimes. I've heard about using wine coolers. Do people place their kings inside the wine coolers and drill holes in it? The idea I had was to make a drywall box with a door. I would place my 3 kings in their rack inside of the box and have a mini fridge with the door off inside the box. I would then use a plugin cooling thermostat with the temp set at 55. Does this sound like it would work? Any concerns or a simpler approach would be appreciated. Thank you.
