Hi, I recently bought what was supposed to be an axolotl that turned out to be a salamander. Within a few days of having him his gills shrunk. The store said they must have recieved tiger salamanders instead. We have moved him from an aquatic tank to a tank with mulch and a area to swim. The problem is he has not eaten since he has changed. When we first got him he was in water only and ate one fish. Since then he has not eaten anything. We have tried earth worms, blood worms, crickets, wax worms, and meal worms. Nothing! Its been a little over a week and I am getting worried. I would be grateful for any advice.
