By deppei deppei I presume you're referring to the "Durango" forms that popped up in the 1990's. The city of Durango proper sits in the realm of 7300 feet above sea level. one can assume that the animals were taken from elevations of a similer nature. It is fair to say that latitude alone doesn't guarantee heat. If your first year was a success followed by subsequent failures the notion of genetic issues being the cause would seem to be in doubt. Feed your female well to help her recover her strength and try incubating at 79-80 next year. The incubation period will likely lengthen but you will hopefully be rewarded, and babies won't have to suffer deformities or early death.
