Recently setup these Cambro clear FDA-approved food prep boxes. The full size boxes have floorspace of a 10gal tank, roughly 10 x 20 inches (pic 1), the 1/2 size are about 10 x 10 (pic 2).Very tough polycarbonate material. I had to drill the air holes in the lid using a 1/8 pilot drill then a step drill to size, rather time consuming but looks so nice. I found that the lids can be held on tightly by office binder clips.

Anyone else using these? Working out great so far. No plastic smell at all.
