its been a number of years since i have been "in the loop" on reptiles........ and i am looking into diving into them again.

It seems so much has changed in the 10 or so years that i have taken off from "serious" keeping !

This forum seems dead for one......and a bunch of other things that are non monitor related, so i wont touch on them.

Is Frank still around ? are there any regular breeders or yellow or red ackies around, or all hobbiests ?

I am looking to possibly purchase 5 baby yellow ackies from a trusted source. If not in the immediate future, it will be in the late spring of 2015..........yet i cannot even find a retail establishment that has them in stock, much less a breeder.

I had the chance to work with a pair of yellows about 15 years ago......got eggs, no offspring....... life changes (depression, divorce blah blah blah) forced me to sell them along with many other animals i had back then so i never had the total chance to succeed with them.

If i cant pull it off this year, i at least want to get some leads and contact info on them for next year........... raising superworms and roaches by the thousands right now, and nothing to feed them to. hell, i remember when the Retes stack was first introduced to the masses in REPTILES magazine !
