Posted by: tiggere at Thu Jan 15 08:00:59 2015 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by tiggere ] Little advice please...currently have a single male green anole in an 11 gal upright terrarium...he started out the first few months being green and eating two/three crickets a day...then he suddenly stopped...he has been brown most of the time since he stopped eating...his enclosure temp has been a little low but that has been corrected for the a few days and he is eating a single cricket every couple days (wont touch a meal worm)...this morning I get up and there is a shed in the shape of his face on the floor but it doesnt look like his body is shedding...he started dewlapping at me one day and I thought he might be seeing his reflection so I put green paper on the glass to stop the reflection...didnt seem to help...could the shedding be why he has been not eating and staying brown?
