pacman frog only eats mice

Hello everyone!
I love my pacman frog Ethel, I've had her for about 3/4s of a year and I've had a constant problem with her that i can't seem to solve, this is why im here.
i can't get her to eat anything other than pinkies.
i got her to eat a cricket ONCE
when i first got her i tried a variety of foods and she refuses all of them apart from the mice
i know its not good for her and that's why i want help
