More on my snakes, As you know, I hatched some axanthic Mexicans last year. I raised them together. Which you may understand is a pain in the behind. Messy snakes. But all went well and all got along and fed well etc. Recently I separated them as they needed more space. I raised them together, as that is how snakes learn, friend or foe, in nature. The first few months are what is important, normally from that point on, they imprint of the scent and accept these individuals well. and without outstanding need. Anyway, I did that, and now they are separated, I will put then in the same cage from time to time. The male is becoming an outstanding looking snake. Super lite. I need to post some pics. What is funny is, when they were all in the same cage, I would toss in a handful of pinks, and each one normally ate the same amount. Not at first, but later as they learned the relationship. One of the hatchlings a one small kink(bump) now it has a bunch. You cannot see them, but you can feel them. That individual is kicking arse and doing well. Its out growing the others(by a little)
