You still want to be careful with your dog's kidneys, but it doesn't sound too bad. You might add raw beef kidney to her diet, as well as a good probiotic with numerous strains of bacteria to her diet at each meal. To control her loose stool, give her slippery elm bark at each meal. If that doesn't help in 3-4 days, give her enteric coated peppermint oil in softgels, 50 mg twice a day.
