Just wondering... had the original owner given the pups their first set of vaccines? Usually by ten weeks they are ready for boosters while in some cases they are getting the first set at this age. It is very important if this pup hasn't been vaccinated to have him done so immediately as parvo virus, distemper and canine hepatitis are extremely contagious and not treated can kill a young pup.
