Just wanted you to know that 2 more of the Wildwood Pharaoh Hound pack has been CHIC. That means that they have been screened for health test required by the PHCA. I cannot express how important screenig and testing is even for those that are not shown in the show ring or are not used for breeding purposes.

Not all of my dogs are being shown or used for breeding, but having the test helps me as a breeder track any issues that may come up and look closely at postential stud dogs and brood bitches.

Also, think about future breeding programs years to come. The last thing we as owners and breeders of our breed wish upon our future generations are health issues. We can control problems in future breeding by taking steps to screen and register with OFFA today so that we have some idea what to watch for.
