Greg - Thanks for your kind words. Sassy is a good description of her attitude. She never gave up, even running as an older vet against younger ones.
She slipped away peacefully as far as I can tell and I hope she's having fun with Leji,Bets,Bedelia and all those greyhounds I've been privileged to know and love.
It's hard but inevitable. Small price for the love she gave me while she was here. Her pack misses her.
