Spirulina

I just bought a bottle of Spirulina tablets, 500 mg (serving size: 6 tabs). I just started Zeus on them, July 8th. I started off with one tablet, and I crushed it and put it in some plain yogurt. I heard that Spirulina is a super food, with the possibility of easing his allergies. I didn't want to give him too much too soon so that's why I started off with only 1 tablet. He's 105 lbs. How many pills do you think he should be on? I heard Spirulina is very concentrated. Also, should he take them daily? What has been your experience with Spirulina? Is it as good as everyone claims it to be? Thank you in advance.
