X-rays were done and it looks like kaia may have chronic disk disease. He was put on new meds and I have to keep a shiba quiet and keep from running around for 4-6 weeks. That will be fun. No stairs and jumping on furniture which he doesn't do anyway so that's easy. They say I may have to keep him crated or in a small room. I guess we will see what happens. Time will tell. If he gets better, great. If not, an MRI may be needed and possible surgery. Not looking forward to having to do that. Guess we will see what happens. Throw us some shiba thoughts and prayers!!
