I have a one year old pitbull/boxer mix. I have tried tons of medications to help with her allergies. I'm also feeding her hypoallergenic food from the vet. NOTHING IS WORKING! I am so so sad. She stays awake all night scratching violently... mainly her face, but also her chest. Right now her face is raw and red and bleeds a lot. The only thing I can think of is using a cone to keep her from being able to reach her face but she ends up pulling it off or chewing it until I have to throw it out. Does anyone have any advice for home made topical treatments? or vitamins? It seems as if she has OCD or something, because the vet scraped her skin and found nothing wrong with it. THANK YOU!
