Many cultures are not active and useless so you are paying for stuff that will work marginally at best. If possible, get the smallest amount available to see if it even works (it works fast when it works) and then go from there. If it is REALLY expensive, then look for a high quality probiotic/prebiotic blend that you can afford and try that. IF you even see minor improvement, you know you are on the right track.
