i have 8 gold fish that are 5 years old.they have always been in a small pond.this year i dug my pond bigger.they swam in a school for the first time.fun to watch.that must have been when they were mateing.
they have produced many many off spring.
most are still dark but 2 have turned the most beautiful orange.they are about 2 inchs long.there are others that are just as big but they are not changing color.
there are tiny fry in the shallow end of the pool so they must have laid eggs more than once.
