Red bruisung is a sign of septiceamia which is a sign that bacteria have entered the fish while they have been hibernating. You need to test your water for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate and ph and post those here. It may be time for a good clean out of the pond if one hasnt been done for at least a year.

Do a really big water change and get some meds for bacteria.
