Hey, we use to run a fountain in our backyard. Fairly large. estimating about 15-20' by 15-20ft. square. the depth ranges from about over a foot to a little less around the edges. the water would be pumped up from a well that was about 15 feet away through some pipping on an incline to the fountain. it would then slowly overflow in a corner of the pond and head down throuhg some rocks back to the well.

well it hasnt been up in about 2 year and i just recently clean out the pond part and put some water in it along with some 3 floating plants and rocks. i also put in 2 yellow commets and a small koi. all the fishes are under 4 inches.

the first day the fish were active and swam around but the last 2 days they have been hidin under the rocks i have put in and never come out. i never see them eating or anything. they do come out though if they get scarred.

also, any recomendations or ideas on how to incorporate the old design of the foutain to my new idea as a fish(with plants) pond

i will post some pictures up of my progress.

thanks
