N2, sorry for your troubles. First thing is, can you tell a bit more about your pond setup? Filtration and aeration for starters?

What is your feeding rate?

75 Small Koi is still too many in 4,000 gallons, especially in your location and at only 2.5 feet.

Lastly, any signs of predators?
